We have two seat options. Standard and Advanced. Both come with a Microsoft 365 Business Premium user license. Additional users and/or higher tenant level sold at Microsoft MSRP.

Frequently asked questions
Do you require a contract?
No contract is required for our managed services. If you purchase our firewalls, there is an annual license required.
Is there an onboarding fee?
There is an onboarding fee equal to the amount of seats you purchase with your SLA. This onboarding fee covers the time it takes for the setup and initial configuration of your endpoints, deployment of our security stack (EDR and RMM), user identity provisioning, and the thorough baseline auditing of your environment to ensure full compliance and security before go-live.
How do you manage our compliance requirements?
We provide the IT support and configuration of your requirements. It is the duty of your compliance manager to ensure we are up-to-date with the requirements so we can implement them in your IT stack.
Why do you charge per device and not per user?
Because it is your device that is being protected. If you have a shared workstation, it's still protected by one license. It applies to the device and not the user. Additional Microsoft licenses are required for additional users as a seat only provides one user license.
What is a Tenant and how does it apply to us?
A tenant is an isolated container for your cloud environment specific to your facility. It holds your services, user accounts, and licenses for your services. There are three types of tenants: Commercial, Government, and Educational. For most businesses we manage, we use the Commercial type.
